Finally an entry to =xNalax contest, I’m just really really proud of it as well:]
Used over 2 hours on it and I just didn’t imagine how good it was in the end^_^
So I chose the theme Letting Go, and you may wonder what a horse in the cosmos has to do with the theme Letting Go. Well to be honest I was thinking about another image but nothing of that went well so I just started picking a picture together and it went over my imagination..
I’ve even got a story for it so it will hopefully tell you why it is in the theme.

Story:
There was a time when gods roamed the earth as fine equines. One belong to heaven, one to water, one to fire and one to earth but it was one of these that had a secret. The god of heaven found a steed of white pelt showing where he belonged; he was a prayer like few. The steed watched the heaven’s beauty seeing how she walked with heavy and soft moves. His heart skipped several beats as he watched her stunning beauty coming only a meter away from his face. “Speak of your wish steed; I’ve come to granted it with a price.” His dark eyes widened as he knew the answer. “I want the power of the stars to become the god of heaven; I want to become yours Goddess of Heaven.” The answer struck her heart deep as she watched him, no one had told a wish like this, spoken from the heart he had done and she needed to grant it. “Your wish will be granted, the power of stars will be yours but you need to pay a price.” Head nickered slowly while she kept him in the trance. “Very well, the price to pay for the stars power is the feeling that holds the same power. Steed, your price has become your heart. Give me your love and I will grant you your wish.” Heart stopped hearing those words, yet he thought love would come to him and decided to have the wish granted. His mind and soul did not know though that now they were letting go of both love and the Goddess of Heaven. Smile slipped on her lips as she granted his wish, his mind became black as he fainted never to know he wouldn’t find her at once. “Your name shall be Earths Prayer, the God of Stars. If you want to find me, you will need to show that you’re worth me.” The last words whispered in his mind as he awoke from the distant sleep, eyes watched everything around him as he was sleeping on a cloud of stars. The once ivory steed had gotten a pattern of stars playing over his body showing his power. He could still feel his heart, but he felt weak and couldn’t find out what he had lost. He was empty of love; tears ran down his chin as he had understood what he had done. This was the thing he wasn’t bound to do, yet he had been selfish and had paid the big price. Slowly the God of Stars vanished in the universe searching to find love, but would forever feel empty and lost in his soul and heart.

So there you have it, was it any better? I dunno*confuses herself*
Anyway, steal this piece and I’ll haunt you believe me. I’ve worked really hard on this picture and I’m more proud then I’ve been before.
